Math Starship: Fun Math Games
Summary
Information the app collects
None. Math Starship does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location or any other personal information, and it has no sign-up or login of any kind.
The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics or attribution software, no social media components, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. It does not build an advertising profile, and it does not track you across apps or websites.
Information stored on your device
So the game can remember where you are, Math Starship saves a single small file inside its own storage area on your device. That file holds:
- your progress through missions and levels, including results and best scores;
- your flight streak and daily flight record;
- your preferences — sound, haptics, language, reduced motion, steering, and the daily reminder setting and time.
This information never leaves your device. It is not transmitted anywhere, because the app makes no network requests at all. No one, including the developer, can see it.
Notifications
Math Starship offers an optional daily reminder. It is switched off until you turn it on, and iOS will ask your permission the first time. If you decline, or turn the reminder off later, no notifications are scheduled.
Reminders are local notifications, created and delivered by your device. They are not push notifications, no message is sent from a server, and no device token or identifier is collected or shared. You can turn reminders off at any time in the app's Settings, or in the iOS Settings app.
Internet access
The app does not connect to the internet. All missions, levels, artwork and settings are contained in the app itself and function with no connection.
Children's privacy
Math Starship is designed as a math practice game suitable for children. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children. There is no account, no chat or messaging, no user-generated content, no social features, no advertising and no external links or web browsing inside the app.
Device backups
If you back up your device using iCloud Backup or a computer, the app's saved file may be included in that backup, in the same way as other app data. Those backups are made and controlled by you through Apple's services, under Apple's privacy policy. The developer has no access to them.
Data retention and deletion
Because nothing is collected or transmitted, there is no stored copy of your information to request access to, correct or delete. Deleting Math Starship from your device removes everything it has saved.
Changes to this policy
If the app's behaviour changes in a way that affects privacy, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised. Material changes will also be reflected in the App Store privacy details for the app.
