ShopCalc does not use accounts

ShopCalc does not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your email, name, phone number, or any other identifier. There is no sign-up flow inside the app and no login screen.

Because ShopCalc has no account system, there is no account for us to delete on a server. All ShopCalc data that exists for you lives on your iPhone.

What deleting the app does

Deleting ShopCalc from your iPhone removes everything ShopCalc stored on your device, including:

• Your display currency and UI language preference (shopcalc_prefs_v1)
• Your recent calculations (shopcalc_recent_v1)
• Your saved Price Memory entries (shopcalc_price_memory_v1)
• Any transient Basket Total state (already cleared on app close)

There is no server-side residue to clean up. We do not operate a backend for ShopCalc 1.0.

What is outside our scope

• App Store install records and standard developer telemetry — Apple keeps anonymous developer-facing data (install counts, crash diagnostics, ad-attribution postbacks via SKAdNetwork). Apple's policies govern this layer; we cannot delete Apple's records on your behalf.
• AdMob ad serving — the Google Mobile Ads SDK processes ad-related data per Google's policies even in non-personalized mode. To manage Google ad personalization, see adssettings.google.com. To limit Apple's advertising identifier, see iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising and Tracking.
• Amazon — if you tapped the "Real-world deals" card, you visited Amazon directly. Amazon's account and privacy controls govern that visit.

How to fully remove yourself from ShopCalc's scope

1. Delete the ShopCalc app from your iPhone.
2. (Optional, regional) Adjust Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
3. (Optional, regional) Manage Apple ad-tracking limits in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising and Tracking.

That's the full extent of "deletion" for ShopCalc 1.0, because nothing about you lives on a ShopCalc-controlled server.

Israeli privacy-law context

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (1981, as amended), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by a controller. Because ShopCalc 1.0 does not store personal data about you on systems we control, this right is satisfied by deleting the app from your device.
