1. Acceptance

By installing or using ShopCalc ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

ShopCalc is published by Shon Baranes (operating brand: SB Studio) ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: sbs.app.supp@gmail.com.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use ShopCalc on iOS devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

4. No purchases in this version

ShopCalc 1.0 has no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. The app is free to download from the App Store. If a future version introduces paid features, these Terms will be updated to disclose auto-renewal mechanics, restore-purchases behavior, and refund policy per Apple's requirements at that time.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code in ShopCalc is owned by us or our licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights through your use of the app.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

ShopCalc is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ShopCalc. Because ShopCalc 1.0 is free to use, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to a nominal amount.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes may be highlighted in-app.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
