Everything you make in Worksheet Studio stays on your device. There is no account and no sign-in, nothing is uploaded to a server, and no data about you or the people you teach is collected. There are no ads and no tracking. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Is my data private?
Yes. Everything stays on this device — no account, no upload, no tracking, no analytics.
How do I reuse a word list across tools?
Open the list from Home → "Your content" → Word Lists (or the Word Lists sidebar item on iPad), and use "Use in…" to jump straight into a builder with that list already filled in.
What's the Starter Library?
Worksheet Studio ships with a built-in library of ready-to-use Word Lists and Question Sets across Science, English, Geography, and Classroom topics. Use them as-is, or duplicate one into "My Lists"/"My Sets" to edit it freely — the original stays untouched.
Why does Crossword sometimes leave a word unplaced?
The crossword builder fits words together by shared letters, like a real puzzle. If a word shares no letters with the others, it's placed separately rather than dropped — you can edit the list and try again for a more connected grid.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. Worksheet Studio works fully offline — nothing is generated by AI, and no network request is ever made.
How do I export a worksheet?
From any builder, tap Preview, then choose a paper style and export — share via AirDrop, Print, or Files.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual word lists, question sets, or projects in the app, or use Settings → "Delete all data" to remove everything. Removing the app also deletes its data from your device.
Does Worksheet Studio work on iPad?
Yes — iPad uses a dedicated sidebar and keeps the live preview visible alongside the builder controls, rather than a stretched phone layout.
